Marriage is worth celebrating as the foundation, the corner stone, the building block of a healthy society. It's God's design and He knows best. The circumstantial evidence is abundant. For example, reports issues by the US Department of Health and Human Services under The Healthy Marriage Initiative and the Institute for American Values National Marriage Project identify many benefits from healthy marriages (those operating in accordance with God's design.)
